your eyes are out of order ....where did you see the mudgal report saying dhoni involved in match fixing?
why nobody is talking about the life ban of raina, dhobi who is involved in match fixing against rajasthan ? what the media is doing while crying foul against srini & Meyyappan while dhobi & raina played their part ? typical south indian bashing ?

exactly Raja! I don't understand either why there's an attempt to safeguard MSD and Raina? While Mrs. MSD was seen almost in every match standing nest to the bookie (who knows? he may be their relative too), why none is talking about MSD's role? I'm also very sure that, it's only at MSD's instance CSK retained Raina and much hyped, useless Jadeja paying such a heavy price. Especially, Jaddu doesn't deserve his price tag AT ALL... And it's only because of MSD, Jaddu gets to play so much and bowl so many overs until it's safe for him to play the next match or series. I wish, MSD's role in the IPL scandal isn't swept under the carpet and he too is treated at par by the investigating agencies at par with a Chandila or Sreesanth.
"It is absolutely unbelievable that Mumbai Police has failed to locate all such other persons who were involved in this betting racket. It is inconceivable such a huge betting syndicate would function for the benefit of only one person, Gurunath Meiyappan. The Mumbai Police has either been extremely naive in pursuing their investigation or they have deliberately not investigated the entire betting operations."

good catch..I think the entire IPL needs to be stopped and a thorough probe ought to be conducted.. while Vindoo Dara Singh was found with Gurunath, Sakshi etc there was a huge hue and cry..but when the same guy was found in the company of Sharukh Khan, Mumbai players..its not fishy? am sure the Mumbai police might have been bought out by the Ambani family..
Clause 1.1 of the Agreement defines the 'owner' which mean any person who is the ultimate controller of the franchise. It is undisputed that Mr. Gurunath Meiyappan is not a shareholder of the franchisee i.e. India Cements Limited nor does he have any official position in the said Company. Under the circumstances, it is not possible to hold that he had any control over the franchisee i.e. the India Cements Limited and therefore Mr. Gurunath Meiyappan cannot be deemed to be “the owner” within the meaning of Clause 11.3 of the franchise agreement-Justice Mudgal Report

With so much politics (of camps) in Indian cricket, while some players are scrutinised harshly compared to others. Dhoni has given his best to cricket and results prove it. One cannot win World Cup, t20 WC, Champions trophy just like that... there seems to be smear campaign against him...
