Yes started again and it is being certified by a great person who has defaulted his employees, who has defaulted the Indian government banks and who has put thousand of his employees into misery. do not understand how the banks are allowing him to spend 14 crores and close to 29 crores to buy players instead of confistigating his property. this can happen only in india were middle man getting around 20,000 loan and not paying it will have his photo in newspaper saying he has not paid the dues and property will get sold and another big shot like mallya who can lend any crores from bank without pledging any property or shares and also invest In IPL. all the franchise should report how much profit has been made in IPL and should surrender the money to government, IPL should be banned.
