you are a fool. If runs are important Rohit Sharma and Shikar Dhawan would not have got to play frequently. Similarly if wickets are important why Ashwin and Ishanth are still in the team? In today's cricket you should have the talent of pocketing captain and big bosses in BCCI otherwise fate of Binnys and Pandeys would be yours for ever.

yes runs and wkts are important. you should give runs like ashwin and give your wkt like shikar, rohith and rehane
Rasool should have definitely played at least one match in zimbabwe tour. This is why dhoni is such a bad captain when it comes to team selection, esp regarding bowlers. his thinking seem to be that bowlers are there just to set a target for him to chase down. An all-rounder captain would always think about bowling out the opposition whereas dhoni think always about containing runs!! Rasool being an allrounder and as a new weapon in spin department would have been very handy in the subsequent failed series to south africa and newzealand. Well, things will remain same and india will keep on loosing overseas since dhoni is not interested to select bowlers as per overseas conditions. just sticking to the same combination which was effective in home condition. Wish this guy good luck and hope the selectors will pump some logic into dhoni's mind and get him selected and give other deserving bowlers a chance. Just look at eshwar pandey, he was considered "not up to the mark" as per his net performance..in the practise game, he is the best bowler!! Who will save indian team now with such pathetic selection process???
