Aaron is good bowler. We dont have guys bowling at 150. If encouraged he will be an asset to the team. Umesh Yadav is also fast. We need guys who bowl really fast. If given right encouragement, will be great for India. India weakness is bowling, everybody knows
He need s to be released forthwith from test captaincy which anyway is not his cup of tea.He can continue as captain for shorter format till 2015.It will reduce his burden & also expose him to realities that are different then his perception of team selection & decisions taken on field

Dhoni to be released from test captaincy. He can continue as captain in shorter versions.
Virat can be good captain. Also Gambir is good choice.
