India has to play Varun Aaron in the tests
by vinu bhaskar vimal on Feb 04, 2014 04:47 PM

I believe that Varun Aaron along with Umesh Yadav can form a lethal fast bowling pair for indian cricket. Both of them can bowl at speeds of 150kms/hr regularly.Fans of Team India missed a chance that both of them bowl from each end with the speed gun shows 150kms/hr. We the fans of wild fast bowling fed up with other indian medium pacers of the speed below 140kms/hr.

They are on the way to sink more and more. Unless Dhoni gets off the captaincy things will never change. The strategy earlier is now termed as adamancy. His so called tactics are now in open and unless that changes the feat of losing will continue.

POSSIBLE, IF OUR BOWLERS CAN TAKE 20 WICKETS IN EACH TEST
by subrata banerjee on Feb 04, 2014 03:48 PM

playing condition in NZ will be difficult, this is true. but, if our indian bowlers can reap 20 wickets in each innings with moderate run rate, i hope, our batsmen are capable enough to clinch test series.

so winning the series does not

necessarily increase points...as some people think here...

While a 1-0 result will see India lose five points to end on 112 ratings points, just one ahead of third-ranked Australia, though they would hold on to their second position.

some people think we got a lot of points winning at home against lower rated sides...which is not necessarily true...

my team for the test would be...1. vijay 2. dhawan 3. pujara 4. kohli 5. rohit 6. rahane 7. dhoni 8/9 jadeja/ashwin 10. shami 11. zaheer (if we play with 2 pacers and 2 spinners) and if we decide on 3 pacers and 1 spinner then pandey in place of ashwin

I think there is no need of dhawan. ashwin is more capable than dhawan.
