As a captain when you team is not bowling what the wants you need to talk to the bowlers to do their job properly rather than giving statements like they are matured, playing at this level they should know will never work. Thats the big mistake by Dhoni. Also Indian test cricket went into ICU when Sachin, Dravid & Laxman retired from test cricket. You need technically sound players to play test cricket, not who can score in T20 & 50 over matches.
He has set an example for the future players and shown the past players as well. The pity is that the players who criticized him has not achieved themselves as a captain as Dhoni did in Playing down the order WELL DONE SON OF INDIA

DHONI:"The most successful captain of India", the world says the truth. All your silly,childish, and what totally is unbelievable comments can't be taken into account. Nobody can replace MSD. MSD is always the best!!!
1. Captaincy – I don’t see any better captain than MSD with the current pool. India is likely to lose away test matches unless we get players who can take 20 wickets and play in bouncy/swinging conditions. 2. Batsman – I don’t see any better wicket-keeper batsman than MSD. We have already seen 2nd best Saha performance in first test. 3. Wicket-keeper – We might get better keeper than him but as a package there is no replacement.

The future will always be better than the present. The most important aspect is that India should get rif of a useless coach without any win in overseas tours. In a mathematical sense, when more power is given to Ravi Sastri instead of Duncan Fletcher controlling everything, the Indian team is performing better in Australia than in the previous tours with Fletcher alone at the helms of affairs.
