Coward Captain

This is an cowardly act and the same way as indian politicians do when they are responsible for something they just give away their post to shed down their responsibilities. The True captain is Alaistair Cook. Look how he raised his game and team after defeat to india in first test in England than, clean sweeped the indians both in tests and one days

CAPTAIN COOL'S LAST NOT SO COOL DECISION
by damodaran mohan on Dec 31, 2014 07:02 PM

Going...going....gone..!It was coming...his Test captaincy was on attack for quite sometimes now for team's poor showing overseas.... with media reports suggesting BCCI hinting about his quitting after the series and Virat Kohli taking over. The reported dressing room stories about Shastri-Virat axis and Dhoni camp on the other …all these undoubtedly indicate he was under tremendous pressure which made him announce the sudden decision to quit in the middle of the series. It seems even during the press briefing after the match he had no such mid-series deserting plans but possibly Ravi Shastri’s brief talk to the ‘Cricket Live’ studios was the last straw on the camel’s back which precipitated the issue—possibly Ravi Shastri’s certain unintended remarks which indeed were very harsh though not directed against any individual could have sounded uncharitable that didn’t go down well with Dhoni and might have felt hurt. Moreover Dhoni had just drawn the Test which was as good as a win under the circumstances in addition to self realization about Virat Kohli being ready to take over!however still his impulsive decision to quit mid-series is very uncharacteristic of otherwise cool Dhoni creating lot of controversies and should have avoided it.Now he will be under greater pressure from his critics to deliver on the WC.

4 test squared. added in old member. then 4th test .will be win. u lost 2 test also.
what i am telling . not doing.i will added
5 members in 4th test. Then it will our support.bcoz umpire getting wrong decision.
it will effect our team.win converts in to defeat. this better added 5 member in 4th test. if getting 1or2 wrong decision. then not effective our team.

Surprise Decision.
by Mike Teflon on Dec 30, 2014 05:59 PM

The timing of the decision has something to do with the dressing room atmosphere and mounting criticism..

Though, poor overseas record has played its part in claiming his job, the timing leaves, speculators to work overtime to manufacture stories..

Now that, he left the test scene, there is no need for animosity and one would do well to wish him and India "Best of Luck" for world cup.

Best of Luck DhoniBhaiJaan!
