What happens is that by making you feel worse about who you are (by implanting negative messages in you), they actually reduce your self-esteem and from there-on you begin to perform worse irrespective of how talented you are.
So, don't ignore this and just get better with it. Or if ICC brings some rule books: or cricketers / batsman are allowed to wear devices by which they can communicate with each other, in the middle, while silencing off the rest of the noise made by fielders and get into the zone as a result.
It is the media which highlights "Sledging" even if the players do not do so. They create controversies and bitterness among the players. High time that the media should refrain from these silly things and do more productive coverage
It is fact Aussies/Kangaroos normally win matches by hook or by crook....They have admitted for sledging and Bartering or both... Good...this is the best way to win matches and series......Aussies Cricketers...you will never lose or face defeats......but each and every of your body faculties need tightening!!!!!!! We do not have any doctors, nor cure nor medicines.......
Aussies are playing along with what was initiated by Gavaskar.
The approach is to go about doing sledging by preparing for it: what you are going to say and when they reply how you are going to reply back..
Also, collect background /very personal information... as in personal info gets in the head most quickly... like what happened with Zidane... If you want to get into their heads - you can - just do it intelligently.
I know you have the intelligence folks - now get better of the Aussies in that dept as well.
While sledging, OZ pujjies dont play the "Phil Huges" card. Else, they are "reminded" of him even at odd times. Raising bats when there individual score is 63, and all such drama..

what is the use ? the end result is that whatever our players do, we end up losing matches one after another...whether at home or away...
