Mr. Phillips, Its easy to preach. Ask them to eat our spicy curries and say " When in Rome do as the Romans do".
the best way of irritating a person is to deprive him of his food. the aussies say we eat this food. if you are not happy with what we eat please be happy to go away.

@ Dhruba Sarma
Are you finding fault with Ishant & Raina?
If so, what is there by the players to make it embarrassing for the nation?
If the hosts don't provide proper food to the players, what's wrong if they manage it by themselves? In fact the fault is on the part of the hosts.
The report says that the players were accompanied by the Team Director as well as Intl ACSU personnel. Why should you worry about any mis-adventure and in turn an embarrassing situation?
Like someone commented, what if India does the same to a visiting team? I think our own media and people like you will make a big noise about our own officials.....

The Aussies should be given a raw deal and we should not be too courteous with them. We should treat them in a much bad way.
bear it this time and when Australia visits india next time , provide only vegetarian food and nothing to be brought from outside . diplomatic reciprocity

A vegetarian person cannot consume non-vegetarian food and therefore has to go hungry. There is no question of arrogance here.

You should see westerners. If they don't have non-veg, they feel as if they have been made to starve. They will not survive more than two days.
