Australia can manage nuetral umpires too
by freelancer on Dec 14, 2014 01:56 PM  | Hide replies

Worst umpiring before introduction of neutral umpires is Pakistan and Australia. they used to ensure home team victories at any cost. even now Australia is managing neutral umpires for their own cause like steve bucknor in monkey gate test match, and ian gould in same match, now recent test match so many poor decisions like saha wicket in first innings and dhavan and rahane wickets in 2n innings are few examples. best umpires in the world used be dicky bird davin shepard, vekat raghavan, simon taufel.

wrong umpiring decisions whether biased or not, led India's defeat. otherwise India would have won the match hands on
Virat was unlucky not to win the test in his maiden capataincy

Won everywhere. Despite biased home umpires. Without sledging.

It is a joke to claim that the Aussie team of early 2000s was anywhere close to the legendary West Indies sides of the 70s and 80s.

1980's australians
by sattrajit on Dec 11, 2014 03:41 PM

pls remember that from 1976-1987 , Australia had one of the worst teams in the world, with great players like chappels, walters, lillee, thomson etc first getting banned due to participation in packer series and later on after 1979 aging as well as losing their fitness. Almost every team during those days including newcomers srilanka and zimbabwe easily defeated australia. So no credit can be given for performing against some abysmal bowling and bad batting. There weer also allegations of match fixing and corruption because 1985 world championship was played in a strange 7 team format and It is quite dificult to believe that anybody could defeat westindies that had marshall, roberts ,garner, holding ,walsh, bishop and ofcourse greenidge, haynes and richards without fixing up matches.I'm not at all a sports enthusiast because first i knowits quite useless and then all matches are fixed for some kind of personal agenda.

They treat India inferior to their standards.Though it is otherwise But arrogance and mind game is their tactics to disarm the opponent. The team able to withstand their nafarious act can easily defeat them.We have prooved it many atimes.

India should win the next test Let us hope and wish India all the best. Experienced Ashwin should come to the side or Karan sharma can be persisted to gain confidence for future and to learn quickly
