Meiyappan would be out. Mr.Srinivasan would be back in BCCI, CSK would be there. 2 players would not be named. The banned players would remain banned for ever.

Absolutely right. Something odd is happening. Supreme Courts quotes, desires, recommendations being aired in public. Complete the trial and give a clear judgement based on law. No one dare not follow the apex courts order. If you keep suggesting Srini step down, he is likely not to listen. This is bringing the Apex court into disrepute.

Pretty sure NOTHING will improve cricket in India. Fixing will still be rampant at IPL level.

right step by supreme court.please bar the players also having conflict of intrest.they have made money only through betting and invested in the company and personal fortune.Action against all is warranted to clean cricket and performance based remuneration should be given to the players. How this group has forced Tendulkar, Laxman,Dravid to retire and spoiled the talent of Sehwag,Harbhajan,Zaheer.Only the CSK players were promoted at the cost of talent.Even the selection board is also hand-in gloves. They are also required to be sacked.

Supreme Court has suddenly woken up !
by Srinivas on Dec 09, 2014 07:13 PM

A conflict of interest case was filed against Srinivasan over 3 years back by A C Muthiah and a 2 Judge bench gave a split verdict. Had the case been referred to a larger bench and the case taken to its logical conclusion then, all the subsequent tamasha could have been avoided. The SC is asking all the questions now, when it had the opportunity to do so and hand out a proper judgement a long time back. Sad !

IPL-Srini connivance

Even a 10 year child would not respect the arguement of Sibal. Circumstances prove beyond doubt that Srini,Dhoni,Mayappan & many others were involved in match fixing. Rahther leaving it upto the BCCI to take action against all these, Law itself must intervene to see that all are punished severally and thereby set an example in this regard.

Can't agree with you more. You're absolutely right. All these persons must be thrown out of BCCI forever. CSK must be disqualified and Dhoni must be removed from the captaincy of the Indian team.

Yes I also agree that Dhoni is also involved. He should be removed from captaincy immediately and banned to play like AZHARUDDIN was banned.See he went to Australia thinking captaincy in the first test but the moment the verdict against Srinivasan has started coming,he has spoken that he is not fit.How Dhawn has declared that Dhoni will play,It is not a sycophancy but a ploy by Dhoni. He has fake injury and concentration only on supreme court. He knows that truth will be out.
