Should bowlers refrain from bowling bouncers in India-Aus Test series?

All pitches should be made in a way that even if the ball is bowled at 160 kmph, it should not bounce above the knee. It should not even swing :)

THERE is nothing wrong with bouncers....it is the surprise weapon for a pacer, without which he is useless. if the batsmen lacks technique or If the helmet is faulty why blame the bowler?
