BCCI is a private body, so it is doing well and is rich, lot of people have their eyes on it, those who are not part criticize it. No other sports body has been successful in India. Hence this problem.Let any government sports body beat the BCCI in performance and then talk. They do nothing in nurturing sports.

What is the conflict of Interest, both IPL and India cements are private and has anyone published a compliance guidelines and are India cements , IPL or Dhoni signatory to it for this to be termed Conflict.Yes betting is wrong and if whoever involved should be punished.
Mr. N Srinivasan considers and believes he iss in his own kingdom - and he can afford to behave e and dictate as he please, wants and perform............ Personally, all his assets must be freeze and under autonomous board of directors - he must consider a fugitive and a national tthreat. IPL also be put on hold. Besides children studies, it makes our cricketers surrender for gains in short notice. There is no room or place for national pride and dignity.Money matters - get in my an means - tricksters gang lords like Srinivasan and Shukla must walk in to jail or notice served. No need IPL in India.............
BCCI is registered as Pvt. Ltd. company. What ever happens is internal and if any adopts cricket as religion it is upto him to decide. Only if some breach of company act, indulging in crime can only book BCCI. As far as my knowledge goes, nothing can happen to it. Conflict of interest is irrelevant
Also Shri.Srinivasan shoud be reelected as the President of BCCI for life time.Also IPL must have Chennai Super Kings .We are not in a banana republic.

Alas !!! CBI itself is corrupt. The most bothering issue is that these guys even don't have any shame, ethics being head of big organizations.
When the whole cricket loving public and Hon.SC are concerned about misdemenours and ill health in Indian Cricket(BCCI),this man happily declares "All is well/i do not have your views/why should i do this(not come back to my seat)/why should not i do that(contest the elections)/why should i comment".The only question to him as a true cricket lover is if he chooses to be mum,on issues of a grave nature,why should he be trusted for his "all is well statement".It is this "i wont act or speak" attitude that has led to this impasse.
