Should NOT ban wifes and GFs
by Unmai Vilambi on Aug 21, 2014 07:24 PM

BCCI should NOT ban wifes and GFs touring with the players.

We Indians as a whole should grow up and recognize that conjugal needs are utmost for adult health, mental and emotional.

Watch Tennis. It is much more physically and mentally charging than Cricket. But players always travel with their consorts. They don't complain. If any player feels his WAG hinders his performance, he can leave her home, but at his own volition. ATP or the players coach don't have a say in that.

If a cricketer is not performing at his best, or team's expected best, due to the presence of his WAG, then he risks his position in the team. So, the choice has to be left with the players.

Wife Ok, GF not ok? For that I say, oh, SHUT the F UP! We know where we stand on that, don't we? Culture and bhulschitt! Let's be grown up, for once.

Cost ! Don't ask who is going to pay for the cost. BCCI has enough money to pay for 11 more tickets. It is should be included as part of the Players pay package. Well, if it is too much, you can ask the players to bear the cost. No problem. But banning players Wife and Girl Friends.

I think in Virat's case BCCI has taken the right decision. If you are saying Virat did not perform his best because of Anushka, what's the excuse for the other players abysmal performance?

DON'T BLAME ANY GIRL. BLAME THE PLAYER, WHO CAN'T CONCENTRATE ON HIS GAME.

SHOULD BCCI BAN WIVES& GIRLFRIEND ON TOURS
by Noutam Mehta on Aug 21, 2014 07:05 PM

Because I personally happened to be at London and was personally able to see 3rd. day's play at OVAL I guess I have full right to comment in this column of "REDIFF ZARABOLO" After seeing the Stadium's climatic condition and atmosphere I guess Most of the Indian Players/Spectators are coming here for Enjoyment.rather then playing/Watching the match and after seeing such disastrous India's performance It made me to think whether these players are really coming on tour for playing purpose or for their own entertainment and Enjoyment The way how our batsman were coming and immediately getting Out from that I guess They were rather more interested to finish match early so that they will be free to finish their balance shopping/To further enjoy with their friends and colleague Now after seeing this match I arrived to the conclusion that I guess rather taking Wives on Tour should not be a problem/Issue and is should not be an objectionable issue since I guess this releases loneliness pressure(Hence practice is continued since long) but as far as taking Girlfriends is concerned I guess definitely It is a point of discussion/Issue of putting Ban by BCCI After seeing such a Disastrous show by Great "VIRAT" I'm sure that now there should be no problem/ issue even If BCCI considers to Ban taking their Girl friends on tour As far as I'm concerned I guess taking Girl friends should never be allowed and I guess this may be the main reason Why VI RAT t

Girl friends are bad.
by Sudershan Shukla on Aug 21, 2014 06:25 PM

Pataudi would get out cheap when Sharmila was in the stands, Ravi Shastri did the same on seeing Amrita Singh. Girl friends give weak knees.
