One should blame the mindset of IPL rich Indian Cricketeers,rather than blamiing Indian Coach Duncan Fletcher.The BCCI Should ban all the senior players who play IPL matches for good money to represent India in international matches.
The problem with Indian cricketrs is that they ae color blind. cannot see red. Don't stop at red signal, lorries don't carry red lamps behind them, so also these players could not see the red ball.
fletcher deserved to be dropped based on the results - however ravi shastri is not the solution - as he is too smart(chaloo) to get tied up with doing actual work. look at his position - director. the actual coaching work is too dirty for the likes of shastri and gavaskar.
Blaming everything on Fletcher and absolving kohli,pujara , dhawan and jadeja would be foolish. Noninclusion of umesh yadav , amit mishra , badrinath, ambatti rayadu who are not Dhoni's cronies is really affected the test team.
