Will BCCI give me a chance. let me try my hand. at the most I will get out by the first ball. AT most I will give away 36 runs per over at most they will score 1000 runs. so what. I still can play for 20 overs at least. plase BCCI.
after having watched Sachin Ravi, Kapil, Dravid we know how to hold the bat. know how to bowl, how to keep wickets. I don't think we will do worse than this team

A fast bowler needs to be nimble on his toes and bouncy on his foot. Landing on the foot either by jumping or running has a science. Bowlers need to read body muscles especially neck and back.
strength lies in arm twist shoulder stamina and finger grip.
bowlers tend to injure their backs because of weak hip and back muscle and tending to bowl faster than they can.
each body is designed to bowl at a pace. speed alone is not important but accuracy which can be got by understanding your body. wide chest can be a determent at times. flexibility is extermly important. most Physios are from other countries and do not understand Indian physique
