The man who could have made some difference to this team is Kapil Dev, whose exploits, both with bat and bowl and of course fielding, would have been the ideal choice, but then how BCCI's pets can be ignored, ask Mr Srinivasan.
ha ha. what a joke. So, Srini puts in his pet into the cricketing affairs. it is a family affair and can only change if Indian audience mass boycott the team but this wont happen. BCCI has money and they will rig some tournament and make Dhoni the champion and we will all start dancing to their tune again
r j shastri will make a few cores with or without shastri india will do better in odis some scapegoats had to be found and its the fielding coach and the bowling coach
