Virat Kohli is an over-paid person. The only solution is to fire over-paid people and recruit hungry people who want success. Once they demand excess pay, they must be fired. This must be the Indian capitalist philosophy for success. If you over-pay people like the western countries, you will see very low growth in production. Capitalism under teh Russian Czar also failed more than the communism under the Leninists.
