He is a big loser in Pakistan politics, his failed Tehrik party got drubbing in the elections, he is now jobless, trying to use his old talents to normalize relations with India thru cricket diplomacy.
Let him first normalize his own self in Pakistan and their people, before he embarks on India relations.
Pakistan IsI does not want good relations, nor the army, due to fundamental differences and hard core elements, what it the use Imranji, talking about cricket.
Pakistan main motive is to defeat India in cricket as this will give immense satisfaction that they had finally beaten India though not in war. The way they are facing defeats in last two decades proves India's supremacy.
Ok- even a child in both countries know, we can coexist peacefully if we co operatw with each other. We do not have any territorial ambitions.Stable pakistan is in our interest.
What is the impediment then? Their Army and ISI. Can he tame them? If he can do that there is sense in what he talks. Otherwise we Indians will be wasting our time.
