He never accepted his government’s failure during 2002 riots. He is not responsible or not indulged but at least he can own the failure of governance, in sharp contrast he boasts of good governance. He will depute others to reply or advocate his point of view. He will never come forward to reply or own the incident as failure of his governance in future too
