pls shall we know if a home minister son is an rape accused or convicted in a rape case , doeas the home minister resign , because of conflict of interest .

You cannot select a son, agreed. However, you are missing the points here on chair srini.
The conflict of interest is many :
1. he has no business owning an IPL team and heading BCCI that oversees the IPL.
2. If you appoint a head for your IPL team, appoint someone that is honest and takes care of the team. He appointed a criminal who happens to be his son-in-law.
Now, if this logic doesnt get thru to you, nothing will.
