Our Srinivasan sir is the best person to represent BCCI.... too bad that due to some cheap dirty polictics played by noth indian judges he has to leave BCCI office..

Without joining you on a debate on the competence [or, morality] of Mr Srinivasan, your comments on Judges tantamount to “scandalizing the Court and impairing confidence of public in Court” and your action is punishable under Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 [Cp. M.B. SANGHI, ADVOCATE v. HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA [AIR 1991 SC 1834:1991( 3 )SCC 600]. If you had published this unknowingly, an unconditional apology can save you this predicament.
