you r right. He should retire.A slot in the team is wasted bcoz of this lazy idiot and Dhoni partly to blame for not sending Raina instead of Yuvraj. Giving sympathy days are over when others eligible are waiting to take your place.
They r making a habit of loosing against srilanka. They lost in Asia cup and now we missed the T20 cup. As a fan, many of our hearts broke down after watching indian batting. So sad. Now, every one will forget t20 after watching IPL. This should not be done. Too near but too far.
This "once upon a time" excuses will never give solutions. team mates will definetely support Yuvraj singh that may happen to them even. if i was selected in place of him. i too will try to hit six. where is the selection committee... every body should blame the selection committee and bcci
They are not hero worshippers like us. Mahela, Sanga, Mathews, Dinesh and Lasith have all been captains. They eevn dropped their captain (dinesh) for semi and Final. But we Indians do hero worship and stick to them until they fail miserable and then we blame them. Yuvi is a guy who should retire from international cricket (He just got 14 crores for IPL). He has dropped catches, bowled and batted horribly in this entire season.
Every game is new game and players have to perform. This is a clear case of negligence. What stopped from hitting the ball hard and even getting out instead of standing line a thud at the crease.
If he has won the games before, he has earned lot more than that in terms of reputation and money. Its no excuse.
