In a T20 match in final overs, if a player bats as if he were playing a test match, naturally, will be blamed.
Although dhoni may seem pragmatic but would agree with him on this.. since he has been the most successful captain of india team and also has been thru thick and thin but nobody shud doubt his dedication and integrity. As for IPL, its a business and cricket combo so controversy is bound to be there.

i'm sure you have forgotten test/loi loss in nz..which was not so long ago
it is not controversy,it is pure political system of selection, side lining of good players with your chamchaas, unethical practices, match fixing, selling your countries image, corruption etc, etc.
He is present at the moment and has done better than any Captain that India has had. No wonder he plays for records and statistics (that will be left to Gavaskars and Tendulkars).
... may get issues if he is not performing. As long as he and the team performs well, whatever controversies he may get, he will be still appreciated, which is the reason why is he performing. Good Luck Skipper !!!
