I am sure there is no big technology involved and the overall cost wont be more than few hundred dollors.Tell a chinese firm and they will make it under 50 dollors.

best stump is rubbing coal on wall if the ball hits the stumps you find coal on ball and you are out,.,.,wow its childhood games all remember this...,.,but this one is good concept not good but great.

best stumps are made of 8 bricks , if the brick is falling you can put some small piece of brick to make it stable.
