such as BCCI. The hand over has not been complete To the Union Government!
It is true for most of the factories and mills in Bengal too. They have simply been looted way out of their true values and are a source of corruption, pollution, inefficiency, theft and lock outs.
The transfers of property and ownership as not been properly done.

What Shukla means - Hippo will operate in back ground. This is how law will be used for their convenience. What else do you expect from a politician who is interested in keeping his position safe !!!
Mr.Shulka amashed massive wealth in last two decade. He is one politician who cannot bring 10 votes to party but remain minister and power broker in all forume including BCCI. This man is classic example reaching rags go riches in shortest time without doing anything.
The AGM, as per BCCI rules has to be chaired by New President……if Mr Srinivasan did not ‘assume ‘ charge as President, how could he chair the AGM? If he did ‘assume’ charge [and discharged his duty as such], is it not a contempt of SC directives [prohibiting him from assuming charge, even if elected]?
Pray, when did he relinquish charge? Even when he was supposedly ‘staying-away’ from day-to-day affairs of BCCI, he had all the signatory powers. It is fool-hardy to imagine that Dalmia could have made him sign anything he did not approve of. When committee meetings were held, he ‘chaired’ these, in your presence. Let’s stand corrected : “In deference to SC order, he will not ‘resume’ charge!”
