people vs Law
by dineshhassija on Sep 29, 2013 12:42 PM

Humans are making laws to punish law offender humans and implementation of law is also managed by the humans but all humans are adaptable to situations which could result their personal gains(logically or illogically)..

Srinivasan should know that he is neither MLA nor MP to misuse power & still be in power. MLAs &MPs are authorized to not only misuse their power but also donate billions to their chamchas (to get back the lion share by the back door) & still remain power and what more they also become the most qualified Politicians to become Ministers, chief Ministers, Prime Minister & President. It is Srinivasan's Son-in_Law who is in match fixing. Why should Srinivasan be disqualified from contesting? The Courts & Srinivasan, both should know that Cricket is game of luck for the best of the players. No one knows who will win, till the last ball.

The King chooses his 'Vazirs'!
by Balwinder Kang on Sep 29, 2013 09:40 AM

They tried to make the King fall,
King said, “Oh! They’ve the gall!
Come face me, you big n’ small.”
They smirked but none had the ball.
So, King said, “Now I choose them all!”
Today at 11,all 9 will troop into the hall!

revised-Srinivasan cannot be punished for doing of his in-law. Nowhere in the world this happens. What more, SC decisions are guided by bjp-congress kickback cartel like CBI is run by fake Gandhis. And i also think that in-law actions did counter-bidding against the bookies (who work for people like Dawood) that had made KKR the champions last year . His action did not make CSK win (as blamed ) but it made MI win. I hope there is NO need for counter-bidding again as culprits/bookies and their agents are caught (every year) and people like in-law dont have to do counter bidding.

It is a case of survival for each association!
by Balwinder Kang on Sep 28, 2013 05:59 PM

This is being practical. Amidst the clamour for Mr Srinivasan’s ouster, one needs to find some sense in this madness……..some logic even in my own icons like Srinath, Kumble, Vishwanath & Srikanth backing him! Tomorrow, some more officials of various cricket associations will surely be nominated to various committees of BCCI, as a quid pro quo. Each association stands to get a Rs. 10 Cr plus income from media rights and over Rs 12 Cr from IPL collections besides an infra-structure subsidy of Rs 60-70 Crs. It does NOT, therefore, make any economic sense for any association to oppose Mr Srinivasan…….all other issues be damned. Why should anyone commit hara-kiri? Only CAB could afford to do so as they do NOT any of above benefits……..despite all the moralistic harangue, they could not get even 1 more association to support them!
