To all those who question the inclusion of Ashwin and Vijay ..here are some basic facts:
1. This is a test series and you shouldn't look at the ODI performace and conclude. 2. We tend to forget things rather quickly. Dont forget, Ashwin was the man of the series and Vijay was the leading run scorer in the last Aussie series (4-0 whitewash). 3. Sandip Patil is a no nonsense selector and under him, the selection panel is much more foccussed on performances than on reputation.
Weak again in bowling dept.At pressent there is no place for Ishant & Ashin who are bowling like club players.Instead Zaheer (if fit) & Pravin Tambe should have been selected.
This is perhaps the only time in the last couple of years that people haven't questioned the inclusion of tendulkar, thanks to his retirement annoucement. Now let us all give him a fitting farewell.

Yes it is difficult to win the match with 10 people. But India would be much more prosperous without 10's of thousands of losers like you.

No way... and they need Sehwag and Gambhir in Africa.. no Vijays/ Rohits as they will be blown by Sen, Morkel and Filander

what a team, just a joke bowling is not bad but poor.....We can get awy with West Indies, but we are doomed if we go to South Africa without ZAK AND BHAJJI...

zak and bhajji are reduced to just spectators, u cant expect any miracles from them, like sehwag & gambbir they too (zak & bhajji) r spent forces..

Few days back ws readin an article in Rediff, which states Mr.Sandip Patil forced Sachin to retire fm ODI. If so wat is he doin wit ths non-performin bowlers lyk Ishant, Ashwin etc..n u cnt evn bank on saying they r gud fielders..owfull..Dhoni..its time fr u to rethnk..it wl b worth to c ths guys...hw they perfom in SA..India series..smhw they wl manage to swip...Alarm...fr SA Tour..jst wait n watch??
