MSD will not allow to replace Raina,Aswin. He is VP and Srni is CEO, so who tell them now. All other members are just puppets. They knows even if india loose 6-7 matches, then 1 win will ...ppl media will forget all past. So Rahane u have to wait 5-6 years more.

Ishant Sharma is not an youngster. He needs to pack and go. Let some youngster come and perform. We can prepare two or three bowlers before the World Cup.
It might not be appropriate to have more trials at international level... let there be standard rule that consistent performers at local levels be given 1/2 opportunities and then wait which might not end.... Though rotation policy too is the necessity at local, national and international level...
