you are right, virat will not play for records. he will play for team victory. tendulkar made century against bangladesh and india lost the asia cup. virat is not like that

let him not carry the weight again what Sachin...let him enjoy his game...players becoming legend doesn't happen overnight...if the same virat fails they (media) will be more than happy to kill his chances of come back with their erratic news

Why is the media every time creating some news which to my is not relevant and uncomparable. Both of them are good in their own ways and just let them be. Why create such unreasonable news.

This is how media has spoiled so many cricketers life. Let them play consistently and make Indian cricket proud.

my dear, they are playing in a different era altogether...if Kohli is playing like this, it is because idolized Sachin...everybody tend to succumb to pressure. It depends on the pressure points you touch with. It is very each to comment hiding from home or behind office desk...but Sachin has played all over the world and yes we have to accept that he had failed sometimes...everybody had failed at some point in time of their life and it does make us strong and thats what he is made of...hope you guys understand when we compare somebody with new budding cricketer:) Can you compare Gavaskar and Sachin Tendulkar?

sachin and kohli players of different era. sachin played when a strike rate of 80 was very good, but kohli is playing where 110 strike rat is not that good enough..just like sachin cant be greater than bradman as bradman played in the era of fast bowlers without even helmets same is kohli compared to sachin...yes he can beat sachin in odi records but records never tell the truth.its only a stat..

We need to respect our heroes who r not in frame now like sehwag, gambhir, zaheer.

Gambhir is not a hero...he is an egoist and played for himself. He put his interest first rather than the team...thats why he is out of the Indian team

if KOHLI was 15 yrs old in 1989 then there might have been many century partnerships between the master blaster and virat..

Vinod kambli was a better batsman when SRT started his career. Why he couldn't prosper like SRT could? It is quite easy to comment. Difficult to perform on field. Let us just be happy about virat playing consistently well, rather than questioning about if SRT would have made his records in the presence of virat. Quite silly actually

records tumbled when Sachin was playing ODIs, now you don't know who can play 6 world cups...it is the longevity..he paced himself well...it is luck, but again if you luck, it will alone not help you...it will help you to get into any position, but to retain that you need to work hard...really hard...thats why Sachin has been loved and respected by people all over the world
