India led the world to boycott South Africa during apartheid and was the first nation to recognize South Africa when Nelson Mandela became the President and opened the gates of freedom for all and ended the segregation. Haroon Lorgat is a thorn for BCCI because of his stint in ICC. He seemed to carry the legacy of apartheid then, and now if CSA keeps its words let BCCI renegotiate and have 3 tests and the 5 ODIs with the itinerary decided together.
