Mr. Ranatunga, why cry sour grapes after losing to India in so many finals. at the hindsight, we should have won the world cup against Australia if we were to bat first. if and buts don;t matter, win at all cost, that;s the point. being a cricketer, you should know this.

FYI sir, Sinhalese are settlers from Bihar, India settled there by Mahinda, son of the Mauryan Emperor Ashoka the Great, during the 3rd century BCE. Hence you can find the similarities.

Marathi manoos mentality is clouding your vision. There are cricketers outside of maharastra who are capable of records and more importantly win matches. Sachin is no doubt a great player of india with fabulous records but world will move on. By the way yhe name maharastra itself is secessionist it should be renamed as shivajipradesh

Dig out media archive for last whatever no of years and see if you can find any one comment that Aravinda Disilva spoke good about Indian cricket. He is born sober and jealous about the BCCI and Indian cricket making financially. I am not saying what BCCI does is all good but this loser can't simply digest the financial power BCCI is having and Srilankan's players keep coming to India. Pls note my word - next it will Sangakara who will make similar comments once he retires from international cricket as he is another sober Srilankan cricketer that wants Indian money but never talks good about Indian cricket.
