Pathetic display of cricket by CSK in the last two games indeed. It didn't look like the CSK side we know of. Has Dhoni's captaincy magic started waning ? He has lost two IPL finals, last CLT20 CSK failed to make it to the semis even and now exiting in the current CLT20 in this humiliating fashion! The Dhoni led CSK certainly seems to have lost the original aura of invincibility it had couple of yrs ago when Dhoni would turn the game for his side from an impossible situation not once but umpteen number of times. In the last game at start, both Murali Vijay and Hussy were running between wickets aimlessly like headless chickens. These are indicators of lack of confidence and finally both of them succeeded in running themselves out after repeated attempts. Of late CSK batting looks vulnerable against good bowling attacks.Only Hussy and S/Raina look to be in good nick.In fact Badri,Sir Jasdeja and A/Morkel look completely out of touch with cricket itself. Dhoni did some unbelievable lusty hits at Ranchi alright but his batting dependability looks suspect still. The weakest link of CSK of course is their bowling which appears to be the weakest also among all T20 sides. Off the field also Srini’s ‘conflict of interest’ is creating problems for CSK. Although Srini has been a good cricket administrators but it remains to be seen how he plays his cards in respect of CSK with the players’ contracts coming to an end this yr ? Why not wind up CSK ? SC to
as rajasthan royals need urgent victory to wipe out the dirty image of phixing against their players. so rr vl win the trophy. that means, all these staged dramas of ipl. n its not only rr players but all involved. csk lost now it vl b turn of mi. but winner 'has to' b rr.

Logic says otherwise ...and he seems to be continuing his rich vein that he had in Tests getting bowled middle stump everytime he sneaks in to open the innings !

Absolutely. I am sure Dravid being the captain would have been aware of the goings on in RR, and yet he chose to stay mum. And despite being a spent force(reflected in his scores in the IPL and champions league) why is he still playing? He is playing just because he is a captain. But since there is lot of cashin these leagues, he wants to play on despite being a multi millionaire. Gentlemen are not made like these my friend!

Fully agreed with you. I would like to include Dhoni's name into the list. Being in the team of King of matchfixers he must be very well aware of all the tamasha of match fixing going around.

Dhoni shud be knowing what his bosses were doing, yet he didn't utter a word (in the match fixing scandal).By the same yardstick that u applied for Dravid,u can apply the same for Dhoni in test matches, where he is a sitting duck against quality attacks and a captain with 2 consecutive whitewashes and a home series loss to England,he shud have lost his captaincy in tests long back ,but he was the backing of BCCI boss.Is he not holding the position shamelessly, when he is not competent enough?

Then y shud CSK be allowed to play,as the team owner is himself involved in the fixing controversy and then don't tell me that Dhoni is not aware what his bosses were doing,he must also be privy to the fixing saga.
It seems all charm is lost by Mr Dhoni with his new Hair style. Mr Wall proved his excellence under immense pressure after so called sting operation of DP against many RR players in recent history. Mr Wall came up brightly and more concrete during this Champions league. On the other hand his then Indian Team companion and now Rajya Sabha Member Mr 10Dulkar is struggling to stick to crease to face one complete over just like his Party which is struggling to hold back 2 states and center.

Chennai team has been clouded by involvement of their team owner Mayappan into bettings & match fixing allegations also.

I really dont understand how a poorly performing person like Murali Vijay can be kept so long in the CSK as well as Indian team. Does he have any connection with Srinivasan. Badhrinath is also a liability

Murli Vijay is from Tamilnadu, draw your conclusions.
