this man nsrini will twist and turn any law in the book to keep him president, his soninlaw out of jail, and his team CSK afloat. he is now acting like king canute who wanted to control the waves. propriety, morality, ethics do not exist in the bcci dictionary. as for lackeys shastri/gavaskar/bhogle/et al - as long as the money flows into their coffers, these words - propriety, morality, ethics - do not exist in their dictionary either

Calling Ravi Shastri a legend is not only sacrilege. It is also an insult of the legends. The Bloke at his best was ordinary.

An excellent and timely article from Faisal

Well done Faisal. It seems all these ex-cricketers are willing to mortgage their common sense and decency for a bit of monies in their pocket.

They have a responsibility when they see someone destroying Indian cricket.

a) there is no game with out money (promotion) you can see hockey, kabbadi etc.
b) money don't grow on tree some body invest because he expect to get more out of it.
c) given these two realities, I can understand that grapes are always sour when you don't have them..

Faisal is normally correct. Not this time.. when things are going great and a few side scenes are distracting then you just ignore them... Sreenivasan and the IPL bungle are side scenes... Time to acknowledge that and see what needs to be done... horses for courses
