Some Northies do not like Srini at the top. They wanted to bring him down at any cost. Now they are trying this via a foreigner. Who in BCCI is not controversial - Was no allegations against Dalmia or Pawar or Gavaskar ? Dont blame Srini blame BCCI. Just remove all members and bring it under Government of India ( but appoint only people wiht integrity not politicians ). Now the politicians are ruling BCCI indirectly. Srini's political affiliation is well known.

Srini is a thug. He has been charge-sheeted in criminal cases in AP along with Jagan Reddy. It is immaterial if Dalmia, Pawar of Gavaskar are not controversial. But if Sreesanth was sent to jail and banned for life, so must Srini and his son-in-law. Also what are his credentials to be in the BCCI? Has he ever held a bat in his hands? It is thieves like Srini who are running BCCI and they should be booted out.
Thank you, Mr Hussey, for endorsing what all of us knew! Does it really matter? We want the BCCI to care and nurture cricket & cricketers. However, it is focussed more on brand-IPL, media-rights, sponsorship et all. If there were something amiss ever, there are powerful people with political clout, legal luminaries, past icons and capable sports-administrators in BCCI who could have nipped any wrong-doing in the bud. What do we have instead? Sham probes in 1997, 2003 & 2013 [headed by jurists] pushing all that was wrong under the carpet. If NS is not good enough, throw him out; if he is guilty, punish him by all means; if he is not eligible, do not elect him……….but no! They will not do this…..they will keep flogging him alone [so that no mud sticks to them] and yet, support him so that they can keep milking the cash-rich cow that BCCI is. Nothing will change….the show will go on!
