Yes... definately...

More fun and more competition, because they have some excellent T20 players like Ajmal, Tanveer, Afridi, Rajjak, Hamid etc.

The BCCI should take stringent steps to stop playing cricket in Indian territory, until and unless their government did not stop infiltration, proper action of 26/11 has not taken by them, crossing of LOC is not maintained by them, always creating disturbance in J&K border etc. etc.
