This is not the right time to announce the prestigious award Bharat Ratna to Mr.Tendulkar as there are elections in five states. This is political game being played by Congress party to get more votes and keeping Tendulkar's prestige/image in the air for discussion among the people. As there are elections in five states, the congress party has done mistake by announcing Bharat Ratna award very faster than bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh. Dr.S.N.BALLA

Tiwari has as much right to speak as Raut has. Congress & SS are now trying to remain afloat by cluthing on to Tendulkar.
Whats contri of amrtya Sen ? Just born in India and giving some hifi lectures all the time. When Vajpai offered him govt position to take his valuable knowledge he refused to accept. So without helping country , still he get award. And here,Sachin giving happiness over 24 yr, by actual playing ground. Inspired generation about sport, perfect idol, still ppl questioning. What a rubbish mindset that Tiwari had .....Did tiwari did not taken MP fund ? did he served free in his career ? ..Spitting on sun will have no use tiwari..
Sachin Tendulkar is not begging the award. He deserves it. He has played by giving his 100% commitment to each and every match. He has played for his team and never intended to make records. Records automatically made while playing with complete devotion and dedication. In this manner he has served his motherland. Everybody earns in his profession so how can one ask Sachin to play cricket for free. Even the politicians who demand award they take part in politics to earn black money and to cheat people. Therefore they have no right to talk in this matter. UPA govt is right in deciding to present Sachin Tendulkar the Bharat Ratna Award.
People forget that Sachin has contributed a lot to rise of India to No.1 position in Cricket. He has records in all fields of batting in his name & he is our countrman. He has played for 24 years - without ANY SCAM involving him - unlike our political stars. With such feats in cricket even England has honoured their cricketers as well as cricketers from world over with Kinghthood (forgot Sir Garry Sobers?). Even Australia has honoured Sachin with their highest civilian honour of the highest degree. So SACHIN IS AN OBVIOUS QUALIFIER FOR OUR HIGHEST CIVILIAN HONOUR.

he will never do that & incase if he did that then it is the worst day for him.wether he receive bharat ratna or not he is a gem of india.

Did the previous BR winners not earned money through their profession? Did they shared part of their property for the wellbeing of the society . There are a lot of rich people in India but no one extended their help. Better not to talk about politicians they are trying to earn false impression, name and fame by speaking negative of others. Their main motive is to earn black money and cheat people. While a singer or a musician can win a BR why not a sportsman? Sachin cant be compared with other players.Firstly,he has played for 24 yrs without involving in any scam. He elevated India in world cricket.Today's Indian team is organised but the time when Sachin was captain and earlier to that he alone took the huge responsibility in his shoulders.The team depended on him, if he got out the rest couldn't exist. Secondly, no doubt Gavaskar,Viswanathan are good in their field but no sportsperson otherthan Sachin in the world has won the hearts of billions. He took place in everyboby's memory not just for his records but for his modesty, humility, which is lacked by other. His attitude determines his altitude.

why amartya sen was conferred with BR , only bcoz he won noble and born in india... BR is felicitated not only serving the mankind but also excellence in other field of life.
