This is a team game & any individual can claim 10/10 only if his record for winning games is above 50%.I doubt if Sachin could win more then 2 test matches for us in Australia,South Africa,Pakistan or even a rubbish West Indies in their backyard.Compare that with Sehwag & you will know the real match winner who now has been denied even a contract by the corrupt officials of BCCI.This entire drama of Sachin retirement was to put the misdeeds of IPL under the carpet that media & board managed to do successfully.I respect sachin as a great player & nothing more then that.He has shown his mindset in speech when he regretted for not giving time to his kids & will now give them all of that & got BR in return from Congress. As if 1000 crores in earning & love of fans are not enough for him for playing at this level?
It is more than 10 out of 10, i remememered the Sachin for the classic cricket,refrain from any critics,He one handedly scores the ton into the many matches.I remembered the sachin for when other star cricketers were indulged in corruption, match fixing as Jadeja, prabhakar,Azhar, Hansi Cronje,He remains royal to the cricket,I also rememebered the Dhulayee of Shane warne,glen mcgrath,michael kasprowitch,abdul kadir,shoeb akhtar,Flintoff,ORAM,Ambrose,Allen Donand.

It is unfair to compare Rohit with Sachin though assigning 10/10 is a case of emotions then truth.Rohit has yet to play an inning of substatnce in test cricket beyond our shores & will be tested in South Africa on bouncy tracks.He along with Dhawan & Murli will perish in slip cordon on same shots that got them fours on Indian tracks as they play away from body & hit the ball on front foot all the time

That is rediff math... Also add Ashwin.. 124 & 31 with 12 wickets... He too deserves a 9 or 10..

Exactly, Ashwin should be the MAN OF THE SERIES, I do not know how they(the Panel) selected ROHIT for the same..Just remind u .b'coz of Shami, he was able to complete his Ton..The panel should consider Bowlers effort also..
