Let him do commentary jobs only, given his credentials in areas other than 'playing cricket' and credentials of people close to him (like those advised him to demand import duty exemption for a car gifted by Schumaker(?) and later coninced him to sell off the 'so precious' gift....), his name will be tarnished, if he takes up any other job.
Like everybody else I'm also crazy for cricket and great fan of SRT. The way he played the game and gave millions smiles to people around the country and world is phenomenal. He deserves all love and praises. But, But my question is about awarding him Bharat Ratna. As so called Indian cricket team is not at all India eleven and it represents BCCI. So technically SRT has not represented India on grounds but only has represented BCCI. Remember rift between Govt. & BCCI in sending full fledged team to Asian or commonwealth games and Canada. BCCI prefered Canada Sahara Cup instead Nation representation of the country either of two world events. So technically awarding a Bharat Ratna to SRT is wrong.

ya that's what being blatantly supporting for what ever reason, for your kind information Ganguly would've given more skilled speech if he is given on his same occasion . he is nearly equal to sachin in many regards and in verbal skills ganguly is many times better.

What's wrong in it? Don't you like if India will get some more Tendulkars by SRT's training? Even they don't match the skills of batting maestro, atleast they can be humble. But unfortunately you are not!

Ganguly was True Captain when India won the match against England. No one will forget the way he should his happiness by removing his shirt and waving. In contrast Sachin was captain between India and S.Africa Test match which was Fixed but Sachin didn't speak a word for his Team players who were involved with Hansie Cronje.This is the difference between Sachin and Ganguly

Asking Latha Mangeshkar to return the Award given to her is disgraceful and cheap.It shows how low the party has descended.Is the award given for one's contribution to the country in one's calling or as a reward for their support for the party? Congress should apologise to the Singer and to the nation for the shameless remark
