25 years of cricket and 200 tests. A great is always a great. There is no measurement device to measure your cricketing quality. Records are not everything, you have given cricket a beauty.
India should declare its 1st inning. Give Sachin chance to bat once more and the last time before he retires. It will be the best farewell to him from Indian 1st class cricket.

Please give sachin one more chance so that he can prove his form by scoring a duck.
Those who will miss Sachin should watch video recording of old matches and be satisfied.He cannot be younger and better any way now.If still you are sad,please hold on.Tendulkar will be back again,with a new name "Arjun" after 2 years.Till then you can watch Tendulkar_jee in toothpaste_and_shampoo advertisements.I bet,you will not miss seing him.
There will be no more comments that India lost because of selfish Sachin.Infact,India is winning more since Sachin started featuring less in the team.That also gave chance to establish Virat Kohli in the middle order.So far ODI's concerned ,there are many as Rohit,Shikhar,Pujara,S_A_Roy,etc to fit in to the opening slot.
Paid_media will still keep_rooting for him as sports_minister,India_veteran_team master_blaster,etc,etc as he still has million dollar contracts with companies as brand_ambassador,just same way as Aishwarya_Rai after pregnancy.So,that investment needs to be returned.
Also every media headline should be on Sachin so that people forget onion price,scam of congress,rupee depreciation etc.Similarly people should be busy with Ram_Leela or 1Temple_Mosque1 to allow UPA to loot the coffers_properly in next remaining 6 months.
Salute the legend.Please stay away from corrupt congress.
Sachin getting well deserved ceremonious exit. however cant help but feel that Dravid and Laxman did not even get a fraction of this. Which is extremely sad...
