When Zaheer Khan doesn't make it to any grade n Ishant Sharma gets to B grade , I think u can sense that its end of talent wise selection in BCCI. Also when Sachin who hasn't played a single T20 game n ODI for India in whole 2013 , Gets selected to A grade is a misery. BCCI clearly knows that Sachin will not play in 2014 still they select him in A grade ??? BCCI giving very bad treatment to players like Zaheer Khan whos done so much fr Indian team.

I guess the payout is on a proportionate basis for the months they represent the country. The 1crore bracket is more out of respect and the contribution he had made to the game. And how significant 1 crore is for BCCI for a player like SRT ? Rather than questioning why some promising players are not featuring in the appropriate brackets, you questioning SRT's inclusion doesn't reflect well. Infact BCCI pruning the list from 37 to 25 is incorrect. They should actually encourage more players by assuring them of a steady inflow of funds.

Hmm, I agree. And it is surprising that somebody like jadeja who had been a pivotal member in our limited over wins is still put in Group B. And I would have rated Ishanth in Group C or dropped him all together.
