i)would like to see Indian designed and develped simulated Bowling Machines
ii)New Indoor nets for batting /bolwing practise with the bowling machines
iii)Robotics with DRDO and Software outsourced to IT - TCS,WIPRO ,INFY etc
iv)simulated bolwing machines could be adopted to suit at a later point of times besides Cricket For example Badminton - Saina Nehwal could practise against such shots by the machine
Archery - Deepika Kumar could practise against - wind and direction with simulation
Shooting - our shooters could plot trajectory simulated vs their own
Hockey - shots practised on a hockey field while machine simulates various shots in different directions
----- Soft training --- Yoga ,meditation be set up to soothe nerves and handle pressure ============== Good Food and nutritous ---- Rural youth sports scholarships ========== Sachin set up charity like a fund to select 50 ypung athelets and sponsor their part expenses to get trained at New Delhi Commonwealth stadiums
--- NDTV - Marks for sports campaign in schools etc
----- If we do the above we will get back glory days for Hockey strengthen - Badminton ,Tennis ,Archery and Shooting,volley Ball areas
strengthen Cricket ----- next we could turn our attention to Swimming ....
even if India gets a few sports right and wins medals consistently ,it will be great efforts

With ISRO ,DRDO getting laser gyro based technolgies (Missiles ) and Rocket systems we could convert such systems with sophisticated software to build new Robotics machines that could be used to scientifically train and strengthen various parameters for --- Cricket shot selection -- response shot for badminton plus tennis --- simulated hockey shots --- air projected trajectory of our Abhinav Bindra rifle shot vs simulated trajectory
sameway for Deepika Kumaris Archery using bows --- The above will increase Confidence and fine tune
hand ,eye cordination
let us identify few niche sports and further concentrate on the sports we traditionally play or excel as a first step ,then we can move on to atheletics as a second step
Sachin with your mass appeal and popularity you could get the above moving
so yes get sports administrative positions in India and do the above to improve Indian sports not just Cricket ...
Yes, he is only capable person in india and all other indian are obscure. he should be president, prime minister, foreign minister, sport minister, lok sabha speaker, rajya sabha speaker at one time. He should get all awards such as Bharataratana, paramveer chakara, khel ratana. How shameful it is that we talk only about cricket. There are many problems we are facing daily. Is sachin is so great. One can see his graph. 25 years of career only one world cup. Ricky Pointing 18 years career Three world cup think about it. Even he is not fit to be BCCI Cricket Captian that we call Indian cricket team.

No problem if RG becomes PM one day, because current PM has proved how worthless the post can be. But, by instincts, humans do not give up hope and expect there will be a day when there will BE A PRIME MINISTER in India.
....does not automatically become a great administrator......AND especially in a board like BCCI!!!
BCCI needs administrators with a crooked bent of mind, such as the ones we have been seeing for the last few months. Tendulkar needs to be advised to stay away from BCCI administration as far as possible.
