I would like him just to get lost. He has made enough money, got enough of attention by creating lot of false records in Cricket when the corruption, match fixing was at its worst. Seen enough of him.
Sachin should refrain from joining politics. He should be India's bating coach and teach our batsmen how to face fast and raising deliveries in South Africa
Viswanathan Anand,Sachin Tendulkar and Leander paes are very good in their sports.They are truely of international standards.We should not insult them by making minister.May be considered for Prime Minister or President
Sachin should become India's Sports Minister, contribute to develop other sports. There are thousands of talented youth in other sports waiting for a chance not for lack of talent but lack of resources (read money), contribute part of his billions to develop these youngsters into superfine sportsmen like himself. India can go beyond becoming a one-sport nation instead of becoming a country of media-boosted Cricket maniacs.
Sachin was lucky, he was born in Bombay, the citadel of cricket, groomed into a fine sportsman at the same time we had colour television, ODI, T20 etc. from whereon money, corporates and media boosted his image relentlessly. He should see other youngmen get the same chance as he had.
Great idea he has head above shoulder. And he is non partisan. When scientist can make into great President same way good sportsman may turn india's fortune in sports

Absolutely not. On what basis? He should be asked to contribute his experience and develop the players for future, which can be done without having a minister's portfolio.
