Technical acumen or success in a particular field is no benchmark for political accomplishment....since the rules of the game in the political scenario are poles apart....of course, it's a very good thought but the politicians who consider themselves mightier than the mightiest don't allow an atmosphere of positivity to prosper...
Not all. For so long he has secrificed his personal life. Atleast leave him to live his own choice life. Probably DHONI will be a better choice as a minister
Give me a break, guys... this man could not be successful as India captain as he lacks leadership skills... I have been a fan but cannot see him contributing as a minister ! lacks vision, innovation and ability to motivate people... I see India Cricket (and not sports ministry !) being run in near term by Anil Kumble, Rahul Dravid, Saurav Ganguly and maybe Srinath.. All these guys are going to run the board / team / academies / player mgmt.. and they are absolutely the right guys to do so and have necessary credentials.. not Sachin IMHO
