Sachin is a great player but he is not showing his greatness (may be because of pressure from Companies, he is associated for ADS) and still blocking the way of other players despite in bad form in recent years. He is done great job for Indian Cricket and his name is already written in golden words but retiring at prime is better then just waiting for records just like our great Kapil Dev for maximum wickets

In his later stages he was over hyped. The stats are out against him. It suited the Board as he was good bargaining chip as well as a milch cow for revenue
Let him concentrate on cricket and play freely. We want him to score as many runs as he would like. We are looking for a double century. But It will take time for him to regan battng form or flow.So let him play as per the game or match. He is one of the best dedicated sportsman of the country.
We will remember Sachin always...throughout his ages of cricket!

Mr. Govindan, I agree with your views in general BUT your comment, "the attitude fails to identify the present leaders who really contribute". Do we really HAVE leaders who contribute??
All we see are sycophants and corrupt politicians who contribute nothing towards the welfare of the citizens. Their ideology seems to be - LOOT, LOOT, and more LOOT!

Ask your father Raman. He may know something about cricket unlike you.
Both of the matches are going to end in a tame draw as BCCI plans flattest pitch ever made to help Sachin score some runs in his farewell series.. This is just my thinking, not to abuse anybody or devalue Sachin. BCCI is after all a big business and this is how business works. Please mark my word

Sunil Vaidyapaji refuses to call it a flat pitch even when 300 runs have been easily scored. So better check its meaning from him.
