Punish Watto first..
by Mike Teflon on Nov 05, 2013 10:31 PM

What Jadeja did was wrong and he deserves the punishment, but the perpetrators can't go scot-free..

Watson was needling Indian batsmen right through from square leg and match referees who come to this part of the world always seem to be biased and rule in favor of white players..

This has been an age-old problem and ICC fails to address it adequately..

Nowadays, thats the right way to go. If you are trying to be a good chiken, people will tear you. Try to be a lion and do what is good, AND not being a chicken and doing good and it NOT possible in your life time.

Players require Good back ground to honour the nation
by arun chowdhury on Nov 04, 2013 12:22 PM  | Hide replies

Nos of time i have opined that most of the Indian Cricketers now a days coming from poor back ground that include poor education, poor family status and poor social environment. I could understand that we will not get the Cricketers like Muke Bearly, Sir Garry Sovers, Bob Simson, John Wright, Ajit Wadeker, Sourav Ganguly, Rahul Dravid or Anil Kumble those who have the ethics and respect to cricket and opponent cricketers. The Captain himself is from a poor back ground, what we can expect from others. Every cricketers are running for their place in team and big Financial packages.Even we can expect their polite behaviour in and off the field to draw honour for traditional culture of our country.

Mate, have you ever played cricket with Aussies? Do you know what sort of language they use to distract your attention... Even at grade levels you get to cope alot.. they go extremely personal and its not bad to give it back to them in a fitting manner!

Earlier crketers were from RICH background and see the history...only good behavour and bad play; now we may have players from so called poor back ground but are playing VERY GOOD...a pinch of salt & chilli adds to taste. The issue is that for volilation of code of conduct the respective Board should bear the fine and not the Player !!!

Jadeja Unruly Behaviour
by maqsood mira on Nov 04, 2013 10:48 AM  | Hide replies

Charity begins at home is well said and I think few of our players missed it at home and show their home background on the field. They might be good cricketers but when it comes to manners and ethics they are totally void of it.Our players take benefit of their mother tongue and abuse the opponent player in their native language which the alien players could not understand. But if they do the same thing with the players of Asian Origin (Pakistan, Srilanka, Bangladesh) our players will surely get royal treatment. Why don't the BCCI pass out some stringent law for such behavior of our players and give them trained them to be as polite and humble like Sachin, Dravid or Azharuddin. Shame on the young brats of Indian Cricket.

ACTION AGAINST JADEJA
by on Nov 04, 2013 10:31 AM

JADEJA desrves even more punishment. It is a shameful fact that players like jadeja yuvaraj raina kohli dhawan indulge in such practices especially when visitors are playingwhatever country it may be.It is high time to mentally orient the players to become real ambassadors like SACHIN and DRAVID.

jadejas behaviour
by on Nov 04, 2013 10:22 AM

Whatever the situation of the match may b it is the minimum requirement of every player to maintain certain norms of behaviour especially when playing against another country.Players are expected to b ambassadors .It is deplorable to note that majority of the players of team INDIA do not have minimum courtesy. This is highly ridiculous. They may bring victories.Cricket is considered to b the gentlemanas game. One should not forget it.One win will b the thing of the past after some time.players like JADEJA RAINA DHAWAN YUVARAJ need mental orientation.
