I like IPL as it provides wholesome entertainment.But it has to be restructured and need to be conducted like a ranji trophy or deodhar trophy.The teams should be under the patronage of the respective associations (for eg MI under Mumbai Cricket Association) and the business groups should only be allowed to sponsor the team but not be owner of the team.Players from the respective zones only should be allowed in the team. Total no. of players in a team should be less than 20 with a maximum of 7 foreigners.The budget of the team should be submitted to BCCI and the income and expenditure statement should be audited after the conclusion of the tournament.Auction system should be completely stopped and players should be given contracts as A grade,B grade and C grdae according to their international exposure.
Now Baba Ramdev should not have any complain on Black Money.Finally,we have found a way to bring back Black Money. I suggest all Politicians,Cricket players, Govt.Officails to keep up the good work,
It is very evident that some people including high profile anchors in the media are not able to digest the consistent performance of Chennai Super Kings. They have now found a way to tarnish the image of CSK and its owner. If Meiyappan is found indulged in betting, let the law take its own course. But whether thousands of people who are indulged in betting will also get arrested. Only when it is done, the arrest of Meiyappan can be justified. If not, poor fellow will become a victim as the principle of Natural justice is not applied.
You mean to say Vindhoo has taken photoes only with CSK players and RCB players. Had RCB entered top this photoes would have been used against them. since they have not qualified they are demoralised rajasthan players, now CSK. may threaten to scrap CSK Franchise and wants to demoralise the players and owners. Finaly Mumbai has found a way to win the title.
IPL is ok. IT is WWF of cricket. Congress id doing this to divert the attention of media from Coalgate, railgate. The media and the country now has new topic that is FIXING. what about fixing in rail , coal and 2G. They should make betting legal just as it is all over the world. We are following gambling act of 1867.... this is just ridiculous.
IPL is a maha khichdi where the ruler (Rajeev Shukla), the opposition (Arun Jaitley) and the journalists (Kapil, Sunil, Ravi) and the judge (Ashad Rauf) are all getting mahaprasad. Who can break this maha kartel? The three idiots (Shreeshanth & others) only opened the lid of the cauldron where khichdi is regularly cooked.

It is right time that BCCI call their shot and cancell the tournament no matter what.
This entire tournament is farce with known business groups having their stakes and provide entertainment to players through parties and allow the rigging to happen to decide the winner of their choice.
Face to face so they can cook up a story & both don't tell different versions. Well done Mumbai police.

Looks more like that the materials like Phones, laptops, vindoo, guru & other mumbai based bookies ( friends of mumbai police ?) are nto picked by delhi. Now the whole case is with Mumbai police .. so now all is well for all the friends .
Why is Guru not asked about Spot fixin or fixin matches? .. why inquiry abt just petty crimes ?
Other teams would have been kicked out by now if such a case was against them. But now, Sir Dhoni and Sir Jadeja will finish the tournament on a high as per the script.
