no one from underworld to the top of the chair would make money i.e., all politicians money earned are illegal. Why would they legalize and kill the source of golden eggs? Crooks and the ignorant population is killing the country.

speaking truth is illegal say that under world assists to make money amd politician assist under world to retain gold egglayer when politicians make money bye other means its a birth right of other people on helm and their subordinates. it is a vicious circle, hidden by court juster and scam is a monument or saga of corruption. we have area no nation left open to rob
An excellent suggestion & I think it needs to happen sooner than later. Sports betting is a profitable & legitimate business in the developed world. India needs to embrace these global trends if she wants to be considered a part of it. It is not as if we don’t have betting in India – just have a look at India’s Horse-Racing calendar. Yes, the danger of corruption is ever-present. But, I would argue that the extent to which it occurs would be far lesser if sports-betting is legalized in India.
It is better to legalise it. Since we Indians want quick momney without hard work. We indians are still slaves right from Kings rule to muslims to english to nehru family to political parties to Soonia family. Now MMS ,Sooonia,PC, Praaanab all have sold India to mutinationals & Reliiance. It is correct by the English saying we are unfit to rule ourself. Since Politicians has divided as by caste, region & religion. If anybody fights for Justice even Justicee can't save them from the attacks of Politiical goons who are ruling us. All this IPL damaka is converting black money in to white money by Paawaar & co under the directions of Dee gaaaang for which the cenntral government is a slaave. since he will do bommbing innocent Indians whenever there is acorruption. The three players are scape goats to divert the attention of media & people from the corruption of u-u-p-p-a-a.
Legalizing betting will only bury the scandal deeper, hence giving no chance of surfacing.
Imagine that betting is legalized in India. There will be so much of legal betting going around. If I have a friend playing the match, or I have enough influence to make contact to a player. I will take the signals of spot fixing and bet my money in any legal betting office. Win my bet and go home. I may choose to share this information with my friends and help them win their bets also. How would anyone catch that?

If it is legal, the betting trends will be public. It will be very easy to spot someone under-performing. Players themselves will be a little scared to underperform - they know that even if it is actually a bad day for them in the field, the public might think they are deliberately underperforming..

Then the betting trends are public and it will be easy to spot someone underperforming. Now since the trends are buried underground, we do not know why someone is underperforming - and he himself is safe in the belief that since no one knows the trend, they will take it to be a case ofbad day for him.
