First of all we don't know this minister exist in India. He appear from moon one find day to introduce Indians that he is minister for sports. How funny? IPL Scams are not new to India Minister seems living in Paradise and don't know about Scams that takes place in Indian sports in different Sports Bodies?

Ministers ignorance and holistic view is his problem not public problem. We excused Minister as we do always.

PUT IN PLACE NEEDED LAWS FAST .TAKE ORDINANCE ROUTE IF REQD.
by damodaran mohan on May 23, 2013 06:48 PM

As a central minister Simply hanging head in shame is not good enough.People expect the ministers to act and act fast. The other day the law minister Kapil Sibbal came out with his wish to come out with suitable laws to deal withe such things as he said clearly that the current set of laws are not adequate to meet with the demands to deal with the situation. Why not issue ordinance so that the present offenders especially the army of bookies reported to be working for the D-gang operating from karachi and Dubai and indulging in illegal bettings could be put i jail. The question is whenever such spot or match fixing scandals break out why is it that police links the bookies to D-gang but does nothing to round them up even while they are indulging in illegal activities until the scam breaks out in the open ! Some investigations happen but are seldom taken to0 logical conclusion and everything is forgotten and the bookies go back to their illegal activities yet again .This cycle keeps repeating and every time the D-gang is blamed. People are sick of such rotten investigating culture. Alternately betting could be legalized if the govt. thinks it right but most important is put in place all the required laws promptly.
