It is really sorry state of affairs. I am wondering as to how they can enforce Sahara to pay entire fees if the original number of matches were planned at 94, which later reduced to 74. It is a great financial loss to them. Probably, it is all political to corner Sahara. Earlier, Sahara was in news for alleged failure to Honour the payments to depositors. This entire thing appears to be murky, not free from doubtful intentions of BCCI Officials. At the same time, it is also true that, Sahara should have paid the second instalment "Under Protest" and after giving clear warning. I feel, they can still file a writ in the court against encashment of Bank Guarantees.

leave that..just think of paying 170.2 crores per year for a new team and paying just 85.05 crores per year for an existing team which won the cup the previous year only..Sahara ppl are that much fools???
