Pune Sold to Sahara for record 170.2 crores per year and then Deccan chargers to sold to sun group for 85.05 crores per year only....

This is called proper money handling for friends, associates..

It is really sorry state of affairs. I am wondering as to how they can enforce Sahara to pay entire fees if the original number of matches were planned at 94, which later reduced to 74. It is a great financial loss to them. Probably, it is all political to corner Sahara. Earlier, Sahara was in news for alleged failure to Honour the payments to depositors. This entire thing appears to be murky, not free from doubtful intentions of BCCI Officials. At the same time, it is also true that, Sahara should have paid the second instalment "Under Protest" and after giving clear warning. I feel, they can still file a writ in the court against encashment of Bank Guarantees.
